What is Herbion cowslip syrup is and what it is used for
Herbion cowslip cough syrup containing a mixture of liquid extract and primrose root herb thyme.
Herbion cowslip syrup is a traditional herbal medicinal product that is recommended for easier expectoration colds with cough.

What you need to know before you take Herbion cowslip syrup
Do not take Herbion cowslip syrup:
If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to extract the roots primrose extract, herb thyme, to other plants of the species cowslip or other plants of the family Lamiaceae (Labiatae) or any of the ingredients;
if you have asthma;
If your child has had a severe sore throat and vocal cords.
Take special care with Herbion cowslip syrup:
if you experience shortness of breath, fever or purulent sputum, you should immediately seek help from your doctor;
If you are diabetic, you should know that the syrup contains sucrose, and therefore is not recommended for you;
if you have inflammation of the stomach or gastric ulcer;
children under 4 years of age, syrup is not recommended without first talking to your doctor.
Taking other medicines
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking any other medicines or have recently taken, even if you bought without a prescription.

How to take Herbion cowslip syrup

Immune system disorders

This medicinal product does not require any special storage conditions.
After opening the bottle:

What product contains Herbion cowslip syrup
The active substances are liquid aqueous extract of the roots primrose and liquid aqueous extract of herbs thyme. 5ml syrup (1 measuring spoon) contains 3.08 g of liquid extract mixture of roots primrose ( Primula veris L. and / or Primula elatior (L.) Hill , radix ) and herbs thyme ( Thymus vulgaris L. and / or Thymus zygis L ., herba ), which corresponds to from 0.22 to 0.51 g primrose roots and 0.62 g herb thyme.
Extraction solvent: water.
The other ingredients are levomenthol, sucrose and methyl (E218).
